A Log Cabin Christmas

We visited my parents cabin this past weekend for the Batchelor Family Christmas.  Owen mastered the stairs (with tons of supervision!)

There are 25 of us total and 23 made it to the celebration (Matt and his wife, Rose, are serving our country abroad right now).  With that many of us, we need lots of stockings!
Owen and Raleigh, the two smallest attendees got teeny tiny versions of stockings!!
Here's Raleigh with her granddaddy, Uncle Bill, and Owen with his granddaddy, my dad.  Daddy Mac is in the background, but it looks like I snapped this picture too quickly!  Oops!
Here's Mama Lew wearing her exceptionally festive socks!
Mom organized the family for a huge feast!  Ham, Turkey, Beef Tenderloin, Cranberries and Apples, Roasted Vegetables, Pumpkin Pies... after lunch but before the food coma could set in we played a "white elephant-type" game with "good" gifts.  We realized quickly that "good" is a relative term!  What fun!
We hope your family has a very Merry Christmas!
